Amendments or Cancellation procedure
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us by email, available on our website, or by contacting us by phone. Please have your booking details handy when you contact us and if clients do not inform us of any amendments they make, we are unable to be responsible. To cancel, please include your address details and your booking reference. To amend a booking, please include the details of the changes you need to make and your initial booking reference.
Standard terms and conditions
This legal document provides a number of contractual provisions and your statutory rights are not affected. The terms and conditions of your booking are governed by English law. If any part of the term are considered to be unenforceable or even illegal, the term shall be altered, as minimally as possible, to ensure it is legal.
- “The company” refers to ourselves.
- “The customer” refers to people using or looking to use our services.
- “The service provider” refers to the car park operator, who we operate for as an agent
- “Onsite products” refer to products found on our site.
For online transactions, once a booking reference number is provided to a customer, the booking is deemed to be final. For telephone bookings, the booking is final when it has been confirmed by a telephone representative. All of our services are subject to availability and we reserve the right not to fulfil or accept a booking at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and contact number. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they read the confirmation email before they travel.
The company will accept no liability for any losses or costs occurred due to a customer not fulfilling their responsibilities. We advise all customers to print off the confirmation email and to carry it with them.
It is possible to cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the service start time and date. We may apply a cancellation fee of £9.50 to cancellations. Customers who do not show up for their booking or who cancel within a 48 hour period of their start time will be liable to pay for the full service. With this in mind, the service shall be deemed to begin at midnight on the day that is prior to commencement. Any customer that is looking to curtail their length of booking, after the service has started, will be liable to pay the entire fee. Cancellations must be made through ourselves, not the car park, to be valid. All booking fees will be classed as being non refundable.
Liability of the company
We operate as an agent for the car park. The customer is obtaining a contracted service and they will, be subjected to the full terms and conditions of the provider of the service. These terms and conditions can be obtained from the provider of the service. The company is operating as a booking agent and the company is only liable for losses arising from any negligence occurring from the booking process.
